Today, I would like to share with you my facebook post from" Angel Babies.... Gone too soon ".
To all the mums who have shared your stories with me - Thank you !!! I would like to let you know that I have
-enrolled in Bonnie Babes Grief Counselling Training 7/8th feb 09
-designed made and donated 23 cocoons and 13 burial gown sets. I have a further 40 pieces prepared.
-I met Kerry a lovely passionate Bonnie Babes grief counsellor. She has used her own money in the past to bring in the clothing for the Angels
-as per your suggestions, I have designed and hand made twenty double sets of pure silk burial gowns one for keepsake other for angel's burial
- these will be sold in order to generate income to supply more fabric for burial coccoons and gowns to be donated to Bonnie Babes
My aim is to put together a care package - burial pouch, gown, lovely card with few poems , teddy and (once I have worked it out) a plaster mould for foot or hand.
THANK YOU to all of you mums !!!! You have opened my eyes to the need in our local community ! I am so thankful to all of you !!!!
