Aneira progress on the baptismal gown


The excess fabric is trimmed off to 5mm width . I will use a bound seam to finish off the sleeves in this new christening gown design .


As you can see from the photo a long strip of the white lining is stitched right around the arm opening , next step is to tuck t right under making a small narrow seam which will cover the rough edges. All my christening gowns and rompers designs are created with your babies comfort in mind.


A narrow 1 cm lace is stitched around the chest of the white silk baptismal gown.
