Unique Christening Gowns - making romper wedding gown

You need to repeat the sequence with the lining, leaving a 6 cm opening in one of the side seams of the baptismal hat.
the cut out shell panels are stitched in pairs..open them up and join the 3 pairs into one... Than make sure the front panels with the shorter seam are kept for front.
The beak of the cap has an extra layer of white very stiff interfacing or cotton iron on. In our land of Oz it is called " shape well" , not quite sure what it would be called overseas.
As you can see the two front panels are 15 mm shorter on one side. It will be sewn together to form the front of the matching christening cap.
