Christening Anthony

This is a second version in Anthony design. It is much more placid and softer. I chose a lovely gimp with a scroll like design to compliment this three piece christening set of clothes for a baby boy.
The cap....Well, I have to tell you about that! It took me several goes at getting just the right size of the beak. I am not kidding you ! Looks simple enough, but it kept me awake at night. Silk is a very delicate fabric to work with. It frays a lot and I need to take care while handling it.
This is a very elegant garment suitable for a baby boy even up to 12 months of age.

Anthony - three piece set made from soft off white dupion silk that matches beautifully with the complementing scroll gimp drawing attention to the quality finish of this baptismal outfit. This set of the ceremonial wear includes elasticated waist line pants, jacket and a matching cap. I have lined the hat and the jackets' chest, all seams in this smart baptism outfit have been overlocked. The three buttons close up the jacket's opening .
